Scottish Island Shopping is a free directory, open to all Island businesses located on the Islands of the West Coast of Scotland. 

We wish to acknowledge the considerable help of Argyll and the Isles Enterprise,  the regional enterprise companies, and also the Federation of Small Businesses. 

Our aim is to promote and develop products and services from all Scottish West Coast Islands, regardless of affiliations or differing local authority regions.

Scottish Island Shopping, as part of its policy, wishes to promote linkages between island communities, by using commercial and social contacts as a 'driver'

Our islands are fragile within a worldwide context.   We hope that our shopping and virtual tour network, working alongside island websites, will help produce the glue to bind our communities together.
